Baby Ella was so tiny and sweet! She only weighted around 5 pounds at birth. She was wide awake at the start of her newborn session, but luckily fell asleep an hour later and did great. I love photographing babies!
Meet one of my favorite families! I can’t believe little Devon is one. I’ve been taking photos of this sweet family for over a year now. You can see their past sessions here, here and here. This session was the most fun so far. It was awesome catching up, laughing with them and breathing in the fresh mountain air. I have the best job in the world and I love my clients!

Yes, I did laugh at the open-mouthed kiss! SO sweet! There is so much love and laughter in EVERY photo! It is such a treat to see! What a beautiful and loving family! And I have been over the photos several times and can’t possibly pick my favorite one since they are all such treasures! I pity them when they try to choose which ones to hang on the walls!

LOL about the knitted bow tie! How cute! And isn’t he so dapper and handsome in it?! Those swaddled ones are my favorites! I love how his blue eyes stand out amidst those shades of blue!

I was honored to take photos of my beautiful friend and fellow photographer, Bree Ross, and her sweet family. We had an amazing evening! They were so much fun. We laughed a lot. I think you can tell from the photos how much they love and respect each other. And WOW! Aren’t they gorgeous?

What a lovely, lovely family! I absolutely love the ones with the kids stacked up on each other. They are so fun and make me laugh and I can tell they are getting an absolute kick out of it! And the one with Bree bent over her husband to give him a kiss is so UTTERLY ROMANTIC! It takes my breath away! Love the ones in the orange chair. Love the ones with the middle daughter cradling her head in her arm on that box. Love the son straddling the chair with his arms propped up so manly! You have got some really creative poses here and they are totally inspiring me!

Rachel - What a precious little girl! I love all those perfect fingers and toes. So sweet! I am always amazed by your newborn photos, especially when you capture little grins and hints of smiles.
